On December 25, 2024, Zhang Ruobing, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Talent Work Bureau, Park Xuedong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Li Yanling, Party Group member and Deputy Director (at the level of Director), Guo Wenjie, Party Group member and Deputy Director, Lu Huiling, Party Group member and Deputy Director, and their delegation visited the China Operations Headquarters of Rheingold Group in Germany for investigation and research.

The visiting leaders and their delegation visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Dual Cross Innovation Center at the Rheingold China Operations Headquarters, with a focus on inspecting the work of the Rheingold Fraunhofer IOSB-INA Industry 4.0 Training and Certification Center. They gained a detailed understanding of Rheingold’s functional positioning around the integration of industry and education, achievement transformation, and talent gathering, as well as its experience and practices in promoting the deep integration of the “industry chain innovation chain education chain talent chain”.

President Tang Jun reported to the leaders of the research group on the leading innovative development achievements of the Beijing Operations Headquarters in the construction of the national Sino German intelligent manufacturing industry education integration platform, the cultivation of technical and skilled talents, the promotion of high-quality and full employment, and the empowerment of enterprise digital transformation.
