On the morning of October 22nd, the launch ceremony of the Sino German Future Manufacturing Talent Training Base was grandly held in Jiahe · Xingfu New City, Zhifu District, Yantai City. Zhang Kun, Deputy District Mayor of Zhifu District Government, emphasized that Zhifu District, as the central urban area of the “trillion level industrial manufacturing city”, is one of the important birthplaces of national industry. In 2023, there were 151 industrial enterprises above designated size in the district, with a total industrial output value of 42.6 billion yuan and an industrial added value growth rate of 13.4%. The proportion of high-tech industries in the output value reached 56%. The industrial structure continues to be optimized and upgraded, and the development of the industrial economy in the district is accelerating its transformation.

Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rheingold, stated that as an international industry education integration enterprise integrating “production, education, research, finance, services, and application”, Rheingold has always been committed to promoting the two-way flow of resources such as talent, intelligence, technology, capital, and management across industries and education. The completion of the Sino German Future Manufacturing Talent Training Base will fully leverage the advantages of Sino German cooperation, introduce advanced German “Industry 4.0” technology standards and the “dual system” talent training model, build an international collaborative innovation platform for “cross China, cross Germany”, “cross industry, cross education”, and “cross enterprise, cross school”, and create a multi-functional public service complex that integrates talent training, technology research and development, industrial services, international exchanges, etc. It can not only cultivate professional and skilled talents for Zhifu District and Yantai City, but also focus on future industrial development and reserve backbone forces for industrial upgrading.

After the launch ceremony, accompanied by Chairman Cui Zhi, Secretary Li Liang and other leaders from Yantai City and Zhifu District jointly inspected the construction of the base and held a symposium. Secretary Li Liang fully affirmed the innovative achievements of Rheinland Coster in key industries such as talent cultivation, intelligent manufacturing, digitalization, industrial Internet, and gave relevant instructions on the future development direction of the base. He hopes that the base will be based in Zhifu, serve Yantai, build a first-class technical talent training base, and provide solid talent and technical support for enterprises and industries.
