On November 12, 2024, the Zibo City Veterans Education and Training Promotion Conference was held at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. Leaders in charge from various districts and counties (functional zones) and heads of employment and entrepreneurship departments (offices) jointly attended the conference. The conference focuses on the theme of “precision training and precision employment”, exploring new paths for the education, training, and employment of retired soldiers, and providing them with better and more accurate education, training, and employment services.

During the meeting, Zheng Bin, Deputy General Manager of Rheingold, provided a detailed introduction to the “New Quality Productivity” empowerment training project specially designed for retired soldiers.

Liu Yang, the administrative manager of Shandong Meifu Technology Co., Ltd., shared the actual situation of the enterprise and employment demand. He elaborated in detail that under the current economic situation, the demand for excellent talents with professional skills and good professional ethics in enterprises is becoming increasingly strong, and the discipline, execution ability, and perseverance of retired soldiers have extremely high value in the workplace.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhenzhong, Dean of Rheingold Trainer Academy, and Shi Yuankun, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Meifu Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties.

Representatives from Zichuan District, Zhoucun District, and High tech Zone shared their respective experiences and practices in the education, training, and employment of retired soldiers on site

Ding Zhaozhong, a member of the Party Group and a fourth level researcher of the Zibo Veterans Affairs Bureau, made arrangements for the education and training of retired soldiers in the city at the meeting, clarifying the next direction and key tasks of the work. At the same time, he called on everyone to attach great importance to the education and training of retired soldiers and employment work, strengthen organizational leadership, improve policy measures, and ensure that all work is implemented effectively.
