On December 16, 2024, the five-day “New Quality Productivity · Zhuzhou Craftsman Training Camp (Rail Transit Phase I)” successfully concluded in Zhuzhou City. This training camp is carefully planned and hosted by the Zhuzhou Federation of Trade Unions, jointly organized by Hunan Railway Technology Vocational and Technical College, Rheingold Zhuzhou Company/Hunan Delong Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute Co., Ltd.

The training camp, in collaboration with experts from CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, Times College, and Rheingold, has carefully designed the training content for the two core modules of “innovative thinking” and “key skills” around the theme of “new quality productivity”.

In the “Innovative Thinking” module, students learned how to break free from traditional thinking constraints and cultivate innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. They conducted in-depth discussions on how to introduce new ideas and methods in their work, improve work efficiency and quality through group discussions, case studies, and other methods; In the “Key Skills” module, students propose practical solutions through real case analysis and group collaboration, combined with actual work scenarios.

The successful holding of this training camp not only provides a platform for students to learn and exchange ideas, but also injects new impetus into the development of the rail transit industry in Zhuzhou City.
